1. Look out for fungus and dry rot.
2. Check any bird screens.
3. Take a good look at the notice board a well-presented notice board can greatly enhance the image of your church. Is it in good order and tidy? Are the notices up-to-date? A Faculty will be required to erect a new board.
4. Are there any ways in which the energy efficiency of the church could be improved ready for next winter? Discuss this with your architect but remember to get the necessary permissions before putting the work in hand.
