Notes on location: The conference will be based out of the Langstone Hotel (Northney Road, Hayling Island, Portsmouth PO11 0NQ). Please make your way to the hotel for registration. The closest train station is Havant and ample car parking is available on site (delegates will be able to leave their cars parked on site for the duration of the conference, until Thursday afternoon). Delegates will be able to check into their accommodation after 2pm and the hotel will provide bag storage before this time.

Notes on conference dinner: The dress code for the conference dinner will be relaxed, but delegates may wish to adopt smart-casual dress. Delegates should bear in mind that coaches will not be returning to the hotel between the end of day proceedings and the Evensong and dinner, so there will not be the opportunity to change.
